This service includes:

• Categorization of all transactions

• Reconciliation of all bank, credit card, and electronic payment accounts

• Reports (balance sheet, profit and loss, cashflow statement)

• Monthly meeting by phone or video and response to E-mails within 1 business day.

• Quarterly bookkeeping is for very small businesses, e.g. less than 100 transactions a month, and refers to payment schedule. You will still be serviced monthly.

Additional services include:

• Setting up a new QuickBooks Online or Xero file or migrating a file from other software to QBO or Xero

• Accounts payable and receivable - i.e. bills and invoices

• Payroll (note that I might outsource this or partner with a payroll service)

• Inventory Management

• Classes, job costing, projects and locations in QBO, or category tracking in Xero

• Additional reports

• Reports/meetings more often than once a month.

Whether you’ve barely looked at your QBO file in 2025, or you need me to make sure everything from 2020 balances, I can make sure all the bookkeeping backwork is done for taxation and other reporting purposes.

This will involve:

• Setting up a new QuickBooks file if you don’t already have one. (Please note that at the moment cleanup cannot be done in Xero)

• Analyzing your balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and aging statements for anything missing - especially if new invoices need to be sent or payments made.

• Making sure I have all your transactions- this may involve fixing your bank feeds and uploading transaction files from your statements to QBO (or adding missing transactions manually)

• As with monthly, categorizing all transactions and reconciliation of all bank, credit card, and electronic payment accounts

• Cleaning up your customer, vendor, and product/service lists

• Adjusting journal entries

• Correcting any errors
